Dom Santaniello, MBA |Partner
Dom is currently co-owner of Naples Home Buyers & Naples Realty Group, an active landlord, and a licensed real estate broker in Mass & CT. Before working as a Real Estate Broker, Investor, and Entrepreneur, he worked as a Natural Gas Pipeline Engineer for Kinder Morgan, the third largest energy company in North America. Dom earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from The University of Hartford, where he graduated in the top 10% of his class. Dom has also earned a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from American International College.
Dom’s main role in Naples Home Buyers is Business Development, Lead Generation & Project Acquisitions. Dom has brought a unique perspective to the local real estate market and is fueled by a strong foundation of analytical, financial, and sales skills. The Naples team specializes in buying distressed properties, adding value through capital improvements, stabilizing the property with market rents (where applicable), and refinancing or selling the property.
Naples Realty Group, another entity controlled by Luke & Dom, is an up-and-coming real estate brokerage fueled by an entrepreneurial mindset and motivated sales agents. A unique culture is shared at Naples Realty Group and is fueled by financial freedom, hard work, and, most importantly, customer service. Many of the Naples Agents are real estate investors, specializing in investment properties and negotiating favorable deals for their clients.
Dom resides with his wife, Claire, outside the office in Western Massachusetts. He promotes a healthy, active lifestyle and enjoys giving back to the community. As a passionate real estate professional, Dom actively participates in local networking & mentoring events and real estate podcast shows and also sits on the Board of Advisors for Mass Landlords.
Luke Giusto |Partner
Luke is currently Co-Owner of Naples Home Buyers, an active Landlord and holds a Real Estate License in the State of MA and CT. After graduating from Westfield State University and earning a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree, he quickly hit the ground running and became licensed to sell Real Estate. Luke is a natural-born hustler who has always been self-employed and building up businesses, including a cell phone repair store and car dealership.
Within three years of working as a Real Estate Agent, Luke became a top-producing agent and has sold over 150 homes in his career. He finishes each year in the top 1% of agents in Hampden County. Luke specializes in helping sellers out of tough situations and knows how to navigate short sales and foreclosures. In parallel to his successful sales career, Luke began building his rental property portfolio and entered the world of house flipping.
Outside of the office, Luke enjoys the thrills of Boating, Stand-up Jet Skis, and Snowmobiles. With his commitment to personal fitness paired with a love of the outdoors, it is not uncommon to see him running, hiking or biking in his free time.
Nick Bencivengo | Acquisitions & Operations Manager
Nick is currently an Acquisitions & Operations Manager for the Naples team and is mainly focused on managing leads, purchases and sales, and assisting with back-end processes, Before joining Naples, he worked on the Finance team with Aspen Square Management, a large multi-family real estate investor based out of Western Massachusetts. Nick graduated from Bentley University in 2020 with a Bachelor’s degree in Corporate Finance & Accounting.
Nick is originally from Southwestern Connecticut and enjoys hiking, golfing, and spending time with family and friends in his free time.
Danielle Mastorakis | Office Manager
Danielle is a seasoned Office Manager with a decade of experience working in various office roles. Danielle adeptly handles administrative work such as client relations, insurance approvals, accounts payable, accounts receivable, customer service and other key organizational tasks for Naples.
In addition to her professional work, Danielle is a devoted mother to three children and enjoys hiking, running, and volunteering at an animal shelter, where she fosters kittens and cats. Her diverse skills and unwavering commitment to her work make her a valuable asset to our office and organization.
Hayden Potorski | Acquisitions Specialist
Hayden mainly focuses on qualifying leads and setting appointments with motivated sellers to build & maintain the sales pipeline. Before joining the Naples Home Buyers team, Hayden held various customer service and management-based roles. These experiences have expanded his strong interest in entrepreneurship and real estate investing. In his free time, he enjoys being active through biking and playing tennis. He also enjoys spending time at the beach with friends and family.
Mike Daigle | Project Manager
Mike is an accomplished project manager, spearheading property transformations. His role involves meticulous planning, budgeting, and scheduling for optimal returns. Mike collaborates with skilled contractors, negotiates favorable deals for materials, and oversees the renovation process with a keen eye for detail.
