Dom is currently co-owner of Naples Home Buyers & Naples Realty Group, an active landlord, and a licensed real estate broker in Mass & CT. Before working as a Real Estate Broker, Investor, and Entrepreneur, he worked as a Natural Gas Pipeline Engineer for Kinder Morgan, the third largest energy company in North America. Dom earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from The University of Hartford, where he graduated in the top 10% of his class. Dom has also earned a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from American International College.
Dom’s main role in Naples Home Buyers is Business Development, Lead Generation & Project Acquisitions. Dom has brought a unique perspective to the local real estate market and is fueled by a strong foundation of analytical, financial, and sales skills. The Naples team specializes in buying distressed properties, adding value through capital improvements, stabilizing the property with market rents (where applicable), and refinancing or selling the property.
Naples Realty Group, another entity controlled by Luke & Dom, is an up-and-coming real estate brokerage fueled by an entrepreneurial mindset and motivated sales agents. A unique culture is shared at Naples Realty Group and is fueled by financial freedom, hard work, and, most importantly, customer service. Many of the Naples Agents are real estate investors, specializing in investment properties and negotiating favorable deals for their clients.
Dom resides with his wife, Claire, outside the office in Western Massachusetts. He promotes a healthy, active lifestyle and enjoys giving back to the community. As a passionate real estate professional, Dom actively participates in local networking & mentoring events and real estate podcast shows and also sits on the Board of Advisors for Mass Landlords.
Luke is currently Co-Owner of Naples Home Buyers, an active Landlord and holds a Real Estate License in the State of MA and CT. After graduating from Westfield State University and earning a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree, he quickly hit the ground running and became licensed to sell Real Estate. Luke is a natural-born hustler who has always been self-employed and building up businesses, including a cell phone repair store and car dealership.
Within three years of working as a Real Estate Agent, Luke became a top-producing agent and has sold over 150 homes in his career. He finishes each year in the top 1% of agents in Hampden County. Luke specializes in helping sellers out of tough situations and knows how to navigate short sales and foreclosures. In parallel to his successful sales career, Luke began building his rental property portfolio and entered the world of house flipping.
Outside of the office, Luke enjoys the thrills of Boating, Stand-up Jet Skis, and Snowmobiles. With his commitment to personal fitness paired with a love of the outdoors, it is not uncommon to see him running, hiking or biking in his free time.
